Custom software deliverables created for clients are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed between the parties.

4. Service Engagement & Project Deliverables

All engineering engagements, software specifications, milestone payments, and SLAs are defined in formal written proposals and statements of work (SOW) issued by Penext Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Penext Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or third-party integrations.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
